- Trader Joes Pizza bread plus Everything but the bagel spice OR Whole food everything bagels
- One packet Pastrami smoked salmon from TJ ($5.99)
- 1/4 container Capers from Olive bar at Whole foods
- a red onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 tomatoes, sliced into thin wedges
- Whipped cream cheese
- Some arugula leaves (optional)
- Toast bagels / pizza bread.
- Let them cool slightly, then put a few dollops of cream cheese on each slice.
- Sprinkle with onion, capers and add tomato wedges
- put some smoked salmon on each slice.
- If using pizza bread, sprinkle with Everything but the bagel spice mix.
- Add some arugula leaves if using.
